With the launch of the new digital pressure switch 640 IO Link series, Metal Work's product range for IO Link components has been expanded.
The new product inherits the technical features of the existing version, but adopts the IO Link communication protocol.
This digital pressure switch can transmit electronic pressure signals and display pressure in real-time. There are two digital outputs that can be set based on the two pressure values reached. There is also a voltage analog output proportional to the pressure reading, which is also available. The values are clearly displayed on the LED video, and different parameters can be entered through the keyboard. Hysteresis can be adjusted, and the unit of measurement for pressure can be modified. There are two models to choose from.
600 series, characterized by G1/8 "internal threaded pneumatic interface, one at the bottom and one at the back (the provided pressure switch bottom interface has a detachable plug); monochrome LED; pre wired cable.
The 640 series features an R1/8 "external threaded pneumatic interface (tapered thread) and M5 internal thread on the rear side; dual color LED display that can be programmed based on pressure signals; cable with connectors. It comes in both analog and IO Link versions. An accessory kit is provided for fixing to the top or wall, or to the panel.
